Artist studios in this former warehouse just north of Tribeca were gutted to create a raw, light-filled loft for multiple fashion brands represented by Findings. Multiple layers of floor paint were sanded down and new layers of plaster were added to expose brick walls, creating a tension between old and new. Custom-designed displays and fixtures in metal, glass, and wood finishes punctuate this industrial environment with warmth and tactile moments.
